Myn Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which recruiter partners (“you” or “Recruiter”) may access and use Myn’s platform and associated services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.


1. Purpose and Scope

Myn empowers independent recruiters by providing the infrastructure and tools needed to run a successful recruitment business. This Policy applies to all use of the Myn Services, including platform tools, integrations, and support channels.


2. Permitted Use

You may use the Myn platform and Services only for lawful recruitment activities and in accordance with the terms of your service agreement with Myn. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sourcing, submitting, and managing candidates for active job vacancies
  • Managing client relationships
  • Using integrated tools for timesheeting, payrolling, and compliance

3. Mutual Respect and Professional Conduct

Myn is built on a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration. As a Recruiter Partner, you are expected to:

  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications with Myn team members, clients, and candidates
  • Treat all parties with courtesy, respect, and fairness
  • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behaviour
  • Honour commitments, uphold ethical recruiting practices, and operate with integrity

Likewise, Myn is committed to treating all recruiter partners with the same standard of respect and professionalism. We believe in fostering a positive and mutually supportive environment to help everyone thrive.


4. Prohibited Use

Recruiters must not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Upload or distribute viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks connected to Myn
  • Misrepresent yourself or your relationship with Myn to clients or candidates

5. Use of Third-Party Tools

Myn partners with several third-party tools to enhance your recruitment workflow. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • LinkedIn – for candidate sourcing and outreach
  • HubSpot – for CRM and email campaign management
  • DocuSign – for digital document signing
  • Office365 – for email, calendar, and document collaboration
  • Microsoft Teams – for virtual meetings, communication

While these tools may be integrated with the Myn platform, Myn is not responsible for technical issues related to third-party platforms. These will be forwarded to the respective service providers.


6. Support Hours

Myn’s standard recruiter partner support hours are:
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK time)

Support queries received outside these hours will be reviewed and addressed on the next working day. For time-sensitive matters, please escalate through your designated Experience Manager.


7. Policy Violations

Myn reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if this Policy is violated. We may also report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities if required.
